The Longest

Well I’ve been pretty busy over this festive period so I’ve not wrote much, or well, at all. Spent most of my time since I last wrote with Sara, playing Counterstrike: Source or revising. Went to meadowhell with Tom, Stace and Jon too (y). Bought myself Half Life 2 and finished off my xmas shopping. I’ve still not played half life 2, but I’ve been playing Counterstrike: Source quite a bit..

Met up with Dobbs, Mat, Dan and a guy called Keiron the other day at t’horse (y), Tom was supposed to come too, but didn’t make it. Had quite a laugh (y), good to see them all again (y).

Sara seemed pleased with her xmas present \o/ I bought her a necklace. I’m mega happy with mine, but more about that later.

The Hunt Is On

Looking around at Small Form Factor desktops for christmas. Having some hard luck finding them in the UK, the only ones to be found are MSI’s Mega PC series and Shuttles.

The Shuttles look quite nice, but they don’t seem to have much to them, in the terms of built in multimedia functions etc. They still cost roughly the same too. (more…)

It’s Over.

I started the mobile computing program that my housemates had to do for uni on Monday, just for fun, quite enjoyed it, I’m doing a similar module next semester, so I’m really looking forward to that now. Spent Tuesday and Wednesday doing PPSP and hanging around waiting to do PPSP, meant I had to miss football but that was my last assignment and that’s all handed in now… (more…)

Busy Busy Busy

I went to meet Tom on Sunday, and we had a meal at t’ponds, cos t’horse was too full (n) . We spent a couple of hours in there chatting and eating, then went for a quick walk around town, neither of us bought anything though, then went down to the cinema, only there wasn’t anything on except The Manchurian Candidate, and that didn’t start for another four hours. So we drove back to mine and spent an hour more chatting. (more…)
